摘要
作者总结了自１９７９年～１９９３年５４例股骨干骨折病人。闭合性骨折５０例，开放性骨折４例，平均年龄３４岁。采用梅花髓内针内固定治疗，不剥离骨膜组织，早期进行肌肉舒缩，肢体的合理负重功能锻炼，均收到了满意的疗效。
54 cases of femoral shaft fracture had been treated with the internal fixation of intramedullary
nailing from 1979 to 1993,50cases were closed fracture,4 were open,average age was 34, This
method needed not to elevate the periosteum.After theoperation,the muscular contraction and
relaxation,and the rational weight bearing training should be carried out early.Theclinical results
are satisfactory.
