摘要
目的研究胸腺肽对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞释放一氧化氮的影响。方法一氧化氮以Griess试剂测定。结果以多肽计浓度为 83.3~ 333.3μg /ml的胸腺肽能显著抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞一氧化氮释放。 结论胸腺肽对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞释放一氧化氮的调节可能是其保肝作用机制之一。
PurposeThe aim is to investigate the effects of thymopeptide on LPS induced release of nitric oxide (NO) from mouse peritoneal microphase in vitro. MethodsNO was detected by Griess reagent.ResultsThymopeptide 83.3~333.3 μg/ml reduced NO synthesis and secretion from mouse peritoneal microphase in vitro significantly.ConclusionThe effects of thymopeptide on LPS induced release of NO from mouse peritoneal microphase may be one of mechanisms of its pharmacological effect.
