摘要
目的：总结超脉冲ＣＯ２激光治疗面部痤疮瘢痕的临床经验，并观察疗效。方法：选择部分痤疮瘢疮的患者，用超脉冲ＣＯ２激光的各种不同能量参数进行不同部位的治疗反应。结果：所选择的９８例患者有效率１００％，其中显效率轻度患者为８１．４％，中度患者为６３８％，重度患者为３１．６％。结论：超脉冲ＣＯ２激光磨削术治疗痤疮瘢痕有操作准确、快捷、术中出血少、损伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点，配合术前术后治疗，此项技术可在亚洲人中应用，并取得满意疗效。
Objective: Sum up the clinical experience of treating the acne scar with ultrapulse CO2 laser and observe the curative effect. Method: In this article, we are selecting the patients with acne scar by using the different energy and handpiece of laser,recording the relation data, observing the treatment effect. Result: The effective rate of 98 cases were 100%. effectual rate of low-grade patients 81. 4 %, middle-grade patients 63. 8 %, severe - grade patients 31. 6 %. Conclusion: This method includes lot of advantages: accurate operation, shorten the operation time, less bleeding,less lesion, recovery sooner after laser operation and complication seldom occur. In coordination with some treatment before and after operation,the technique achieve satisfactory effect.
