吲唑酯(Ethychlozate)对番茄的生理效应(初报)

PRELIMINARY REPORT ON IZAA (ETHYCHLOZATE) PHYSIOLOGICAL EFFECTS ON TOMATO(L.ESCULENTUM)

摘要 在田间试验条件下,对吲唑酯(Ethychlozate,IZAA)促进番茄早熟和果实品质等各种生理效应作了初步研究。“强力米寿”番茄定植后30天和40天,分别用6.25、12.5、25、50ppmIZAA叶面喷洒二次,除6.25ppm外,各种浓度的处理都具有促进果实早熟的作用。以50ppm处理二次的效果为最佳,收获始期提早4天。可溶性固形物、还原性糖及酸度等各项指标也相应提早增高。IZAA具有促进增强多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG酶)活性和促进番茄果实提前转色的功能。此外50ppmIZAA处理后,能使番茄叶片出现偏上生长和植株基部形成瘤状突起,此类突起会发生木栓化现象并引起不定根的发生。 The field trial has been performed to study the various physiological effects of Ethychlozate(Ethy1-5-chloro-1H-3-Indazolyl acetate,IZAA)on tomato(L.esculentum)in the spring of 1991.The tomato leaves were sprayed twice 30 and 40 days after planting with 6.25,12.5,25 and 50ppm IZAA respectively.The first spray of IZAA occured when the average size of 50% young fruits was about 3cm in diameter.The results showed that all the treatments,except 6.25ppm IZAA,fuctioned to ripen the tomato fruits earlier.50ppm IZAA showed best results.It was achieved that the begining of the harvesting period of tomato was 4 days earlier in comparison with that of the control.The fruit quality indicators including the contents of total soluble solid,reducing sugar and total acid all increased earlier and reached to those in maturity fruit.IZAA appcars to promote the tomato fruit colouring and to enhance the activity of PGase.The abnormal growth phenomena have also been observed. 50ppm IZAA could cause epinasty of tomato leaves one day after the first spraying.Both 25ppm and 50ppm IZAA could stimulate the middle and lower parts of the young stem to produce small tumor-like protrusion one week after spraying and tnese protrusion became lignified phellem gradually and finally induced the formation of adventitious roots.The physiological function of these phenomena should be further investigated.
