摘要
于1993年早造分别在水稻秧苗期、分蘖期(孕穗期、齐穗期及灌浆期以0(对照),100,200,300mg/L广增素802喷施叶面,研究广增素802对水稻生长的影响。结果表明:300mg/L浓度的广增素802能增加水稻秧苗的叶绿素含量,降低ATP酶的活性,增加秧苗的总根数、新根数和干物质重量,有利于培育壮秧。200mg/L和300mg/L浓度的广增素802能增加水稻产量,增产幅度为5.67%~7.86%,提高了水稻的有效穗数、每穗实粒数、结实率和千粒重。
The influences of Guangzengsu 802 on the growth of rice were studied in this experiment.The results showed that,spraying with 300 mg/L concentration of Guangzengsu 802,the content of chlorophyll in rice seedling was increased,the activities of ATP enzyme was reduced,and the total numbers of roots,the numbers of new roots and weight of dry matter in rice seedling were increased.So it is available to develop strong seedling.With.the 200 or 300 mg/L concentrations of Guangzengsu 802,the yields of rice could be increased from 5.67% to 7.87%,by increasing the effective panicle numbers per plant,the numbers of fertile grains per panicle,seed setting rate and 1 000 grains weight.
