摘要
在阐述齿轮传动磨损可靠性设计的基础上 ,分析和讨论了齿轮传动中磨粒磨损过程的模糊性特点 ,给出了模糊可靠度的计算公式 ,通过例题解答 ,对常规可靠度与模糊可靠度两种计算结果进行了对比分析。因此 ,在齿轮传动设计时 ,对零件的磨粒磨损可靠性设计、具有广泛的灵活性和适用性。
By expounding the rehability design of wear resistance of gear drive,the characteristic of vaueness of wear resistance when the gear is in motion is analysed.A formula for calculating the vagueness is given,and a contrastive analysis is made between two calculated results of regular reliability and vague reliability.It can be widely used in the design of wear resistance of gear drive's parts.
