摘要
机械结构的失效过程存在着中间过渡状态,为了较为准确地评定结构静强度的可靠度,需要综合考虑变量的随机性和失效判据的模糊性。应用模糊数学的隶属函数,给出了构件模糊可靠度评定的一般公式和求解方法。机械结构静强度的可靠度评定表明,结构可靠度主要取决于关键危险部位的可靠度,模糊可靠度略高于常规可靠度。由于模糊可靠度的计算考虑问题全面,因此,它对结构设计的进一步优化有着重要的使用价值。
There exists middle transitional condition in the failure process of mechanical structures. Therefore, the randomness of variables and fuzziness of failure judge are necessary to be synthetically considered in order to estimate structural static strength reliability more accurately. The general formula and calculation methods of component fuzzy reliability estimation are given by using membership function of fuzzy mathematics. It was found that structural reliability mainly depends on the key dangerous position's reliability and fuzzy reliability is slightly higher than normal reliability after practical reliability calculations of aircraft structural static strength. There is an importantly practical value for further structural design optimization because more factors were considered in the fuzzy reliability calculation.
