24例青年健康男性随机分为对照、内关与合谷三组,观察针刺内关、合谷穴对组织型纤溶酶原激活物(tPA)纤溶酶原活化素抑制物(PAI)、6-酮-PGF_α和von Willebrand因子(vW因子)等血管内皮细胞释放物的影响。连续针刺20分钟后,对照组各指标无明显改变;针刺内关穴可使PAI水平降低;而针刺合谷穴则轻微降低vW因子水平,同时升高血小板计数。但针刺内关、合谷穴并不激活纤溶系统和血小板。
The effects of acupuncture on Neiguan(PC6) and Hegu(LI4) on vascular endothelial cell function related parameters, i.e. tissue type plasminogen activator, plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI), 6-keto-PGF_(1α) and von willebrand factor, were observed in healthy volunteers. After 20 minutes of acupuncture stimulus on Neiguan ,the plasma PAI level decreased. The acupuncture on Hegu (LI4) induced slight but statistically signifi cant decrease of plasma level of von willebrand factor and increase of platelet counts. The acupuncture on either Neiguan (PC6)or Hegu (LI4) did not initiate activation of fibrinolytic system and platelets.
