摘要
为教师德性选择伦理的“终结”,即理想的德性或善的标准,一直是道德哲学孜孜求索的重要例题。有多少哲学大师和教育家不惜为此耗尽自己一生的智慧和学识而寻找最终解答。然而,在教师德性的思考中,人们逐渐远离了哲学的批判精神,用生活化的伦理态度代替道德哲学的思辨,最终以“无私”和“奉献”为核心内容的善良道德赢得了最后的裁决,成为教师德性的哲学基础和逻辑基点。于是,教师德性观逐渐指向于一种“圣洁化”的道德理想,在教育实践的推演下,圣洁道德成为教师道德立法的最高权威。
It will be obvious to see a deficient philosophy if we reexamine the understanding of 'the best'and the morality of 'being holy and pure'in the past moral philosophy which rejects the rich meaning of human nature teachers' moral character should include, and confines teachers' moral character to a very limited meaning. We should go beyond 'being holy and pure' and seek to find the whole meaning of teachers' moral character and deeper educational values than 'being holy and pure' in order to base teachers' moral character on both logical construction and legislation more rationally.
