摘要
从高等师范院校师资队伍建设的角度，提出了立足于高等师范院校变革的宏观背景，当前高等师范院校教师队伍建设的“四个转变”：教师管理要从封闭式向开放式转变；队伍建设要从数量型向质量型转变；用人要从身份管理向岗位管理转变；教师要从教学型向教学科研型转变。
Along with the establishment of our socialist market-oriented economic system and the deeper-going of the reform in higher education, the construction of the contingent of teachers in higher normal colleges and universities is becoming more and more important. Concerning this matter, the author comes up with 'the four transformations': teachers mangagement is to be transformed from the closed manner to an open manner; the construction of the contingent of teachers is to be transformed from the type of focusing on quantity to that of stressing quality; making use of personnel is to be transformed from the status administration to the post or job administration; teachers are to be transformed from the teaching type to the teaching-scientific-research type.
