摘要
本文用 He - Ne 激光瞄准罗氏沼虾 ( Macrobrachium rosenbergii) 的眼柄, 再用 Y A G 脉冲激光照射眼柄的神经分泌细胞, 研究激光照射后罗氏沼虾卵巢的发育和产卵, 结果表明,激光照射后, 罗氏沼虾的卵巢发育加快, 一般能提前10 天产卵。
This paper reports that the eyestalks of Macrobrachium rosenbergii are aimed by He-Ne laser, and then the nearoseeretory cells of eyestalks are radiated by pulse YAG laser. The authors research the shrimps′ ovary development after the laser radiation. Results show the radiated group yield eggs about ten days earlier than the control group.
