摘要 激光生物医学理论和临床实践的基础是激光与生物组织相互作用研究。本文从生物传热方程出发 ,探讨激光作用下组织光热效应的空间分布及时间行为 ,光热传播临床应用的特点 ,温度的实时测量。理论模型和实验手段的结合 ,可以对激光外科临床应用中的热损伤作出预测 ,也有助于新型医疗手段的验证。 The research on the interaction between laser and biological tissues is the base for theorelical study and clinic applications of laser biomedical medicine.Starting from the introduction of bio heat transmission equation,this paper discusses the spatial distribution and time dependent behaviour of laser induced photothermal effect,characteristics of clinic applications of photothermal transmission,and real time temperature measurement.The combination of theoretical model and experimental artifice provides the possibility to predict thermal damage of clinic laser surgery,and is helpful to validate new medical tools,inspect curative effect and design new medical laser devices.
