摘要
育性鉴定结果证实,N—10s和N—13s属新型低温不育水稻,对温度的敏感期在花粉母细胞减数分裂期,当敏感期日平均温低于23.6℃表现不育,花粉典败率达98%以上,自交结实率为0.但在高温(光照期31℃,暗期28℃)条件下,N—10s和N—13s表现为可育,N—10s结实率为36.7%,N—13s结实率为55.6%.N—10s和N—13s也可作为“两系法”不育系加以利用.
The fertility of the rice N—10s and N—13s was observed in Changsha,Hunan.Theirfertility changed as the temperature changed.They showed male sterility while the meandaily temperature was lower than 23.6℃ at their meiotic stage and they did male fertilitywhile the mean daily temperature was higer than 27℃.So N—10_s and N—13_s were newtype of temperature sensitive male sterile rice.They may be used in two-line hybridsbreeding.
