苎麻过氧化物酶同工酶演化的初步研究 被引量:7

摘要 本试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶SDS电泳法,对213个栽培苎麻品种进行了过氧化物酶同工酶的比较分析试验.结果表明:这些苎麻顶端功能叶片的过氧化物酶同工酶带从0新5共有六种类型.其中无带的和具有5条酶带的都只有一种,分别为城步青麻和四川青皮麻:具有一条酶带的有35种;两条酶带的有90种;三条酶带的有74种;四条酶带的有12种.根据酶带的变化情况共归纳成41种生态类型. After the esterase isozymes experiment was done, we tested the peroxidase isozymes using SDS poly acryalmide gel electrophoresis technique again for the varieties of 213 types ramie. The results showed: there were six types in these ramies from non-band peroxidase zonal to five. The non-band peroxidase zonal and including five bands were only one and one variety.It was 'CHENG BU QING' ramie and 'SI CHUANG QING PI' ramie. The others were: one band in the thirty-five varieties; two bands in the ninety varieties; three bands in the seventyfour varities; four bands in the twelve varieties. In accordance with the change of peroxidase isozymes, we have firstly got the forty-one ecotypes.
