摘要
本实验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶SDS电泳法,对苎麻基因库中233个苎麻品种进行了酯酶同工酶的分析,结果发现:这些苎麻品种的酯酶带型表现出58种图谱,其中酶带最少的品种是“沅江稀节巴”,只有1条主带,而酶带最多的品种是“青园6号”,具有7条酶带。根据品种的酶带多少以及迁移率的变化情况,将58种图谱进行归类,粗略地初步得到了苎麻演化的系统树枝图。
In this experiment,the varieties of 233 types ramie from ramie gene pool weretested with SDS Poly acryalmide gel electrophoresis technique,on esterase isozymesmethod.The result showed:there were 58 types including 146 ecotype.In all var-ieties,the esterase zonal was the least in the“Yuan Jian Xi Jie Ba”variety(onlyone)and the most in the“Qing Yuan Six”variety(upto seven).In accordancewith the principle of zymogram on change of number and moving rate,we havefirstly got the evolution process figure about ramie.
