摘要
目的 加深对DLE癌变的认识。方法 分析 5例唇部DLE发生癌变的临床资料。结果 5例DLE病例在DLE病损的基础上出现肿块和溃疡 ,经活检证实为癌变。结论 对DLE病人如在慢性皮肤、粘膜病损基础上出现肿块或溃疡时 ,应及时作活检以排除恶变的可能。
Objective To report cases of lip cancer developing in discoid lupus erythnmatosus(DLE).Methods 5 case of lip cancer based on DLE were reported.Results 5 case of DLE patients underwent neoplastic or ulcerative changes.Malignant transformation was confirmed by biopsy.Conclusion Malignant transformation should be excluded if DLE lesion underwent neoplastic or ulcerative changes.
