摘要
目的 探讨 10 2 3对口腔白斑 (OLK)、口腔扁平苔藓 (OLP)和盘状红斑狼疮 (DLE)等癌前病变的治疗作用和阻断癌变的作用。方法 将 10 2 3合剂用于 48例OLK、13 9例OLP和 3 8例DLE ,并设对照组 ,实验组和对照组均接受相同的常规治疗。结果 10 2 3对OLK和OLP治疗有明显的效果 ,其有效率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而OLK的癌变率明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 10 2 3合剂对OLK和OLP均有治疗作用 。
Aim To investigate the role of Chinese herb medicine 1023 co. in treating and blocking cancer transformation of precancerous lesion including Oral Leukoplasia(OLK)?Oral Lichen Planus(OLP) and discoid lupus erythematosus(DLE). Method Treated 48 OLK patients?139 OLP patients and 38 DLE patients as experimental group with 1023 co. and routine therapy, and control group was given only routine therapy .Result 1023 co. are more effective in OLK and OLP than control groups ( P < 0.05 ).The Cancer tranformation rate of OLK in 1023 group is lower than control group ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion 1023 co. is an effective agent in the treatment of OLK and OLP can block cancer transformation of OLK.
