摘要
实验室研究表明:在硫酸亚铁铵为铁原料的Ni-Fe合金基上,可获得稳定性良好的镀层。以SiC颗粒为第二相粒子可镀出Ni-Fe/SiC复合镀层。镀层的质量受温度和电流密度等因素的影响。
The experiment shows that good Ni-Fe alloy could beobtainedwhileammonium ferrous sulfate is taken as Fe material and the composite plating of Ni-Fe/SiC could bedeveloped if SiC is taken as the second phase particle. The plating quality isinfluencedbytemperature and current density.
