摘要
结合螺旋埋弧焊管实际生产工艺,从焊接冶金和非焊接应力两个方面分析了螺旋埋弧焊管内焊缝开裂的主要原因,指出在保证正确焊接工艺的前提下,应从消除非焊接应力因素着手,防止或消除内焊缝热裂纹。
Based on the actual manufacturing process of submerged- arc weld spiral pipe and from the point of view of welding metallurgy and the non- weld stress factors, the author analyzes the root causes for cracking of inner weld seam of submerged- arc weld spiral pipe, concluding that actions be taken to eliminate all the non- weld stress factors involved for the purpose of preventing or eliminating the said inner weld seam thermal cracking.
