以晶状体中的水分,钠、钾含量及Na^+、K^+-ATP酶活性为指标评价晶状体细胞膜的功能。成熟期三种实验性白内障晶状体中的水分及钠含量均增加,钾含量减少。未熟期只有半乳糖诱发的白内障晶状体中水及电解质平衡紊乱。Na^+、K^+-ATP酶活性在三种白内障发展的不同时期均升高。SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳表明,正常晶状体细胞膜上有四种蛋白质,分子量分别为70KD,28KD,23KD及19KD。而在三种白内障晶状体中,分子量为70KD及28KD的两种蛋白质消失,另两种蛋白质的相对含量增加。结果表明,在三种实验性白内障晶状体中,细胞膜的功能及结构均发生改变。
The contents of water, Na and K and activity of Na, K-ATPase were used as parameters of determination of function of lens membrane. The contents of water and Na increased and K decreased in all the three kinds of cataracts at mature stage. At immature stage, however, imbalance of water and electrolytes was found only in cataract induced by galactose. The activity of Na, K-ATPase increased at different stages in all the three kinds of cataracts. SDS-PAGE showed that there were four proteins in normal lens membrane, the molecular weights were 70KD, 28KD, 23KD and 19KD, respectively, but in all the three kinds of cataractous lenses, the membrane proteins of which the molecular weights were 70KD and 28KD disappeared, the relative contents of other membrane proteins increased. These results indicated that membrane function and structure changed in all the three kinds of experimental cataractous lenses.
