摘要
通过电镜观察,应用形态计量学的方法计量了氟中毒组与对照组大鼠肝细胞线粒体的体密度(Vvn)、面密度(Svn)、比表面(Qm)、面数密度(Nam)、规化形状因子(RFFm);肝细胞粗面内质网的体密度(Vvr)、面密度(Svr);肝细胞核的体密度(Vvn)、面密度(Svn)。结果表明:染氟组大鼠(1)肝细胞线粒体的RFFm显著降低(P<0.01),Vvm、Svm非常显著增高(P<0.005,P<0.01),Qm无明显改变,Nam呈增高趋势,这提示氟能引起肝细胞线粒体的畸型和增生;(2)肝细胞粗面内质网的Vvr、Svr均呈降低趋势,提示氟可引起肝细胞粗面内质网的减少和破坏;(3)肝细胞核的Vvn、Svn非常显著和显著增高(P<0.01,P<0.05),提示氟可引起肝细胞活跃增生。
By using morphological quantitative method,the following indicators were measured in liver cells of rats with fluorosis group and control group:Volume density (Vvm),Surface density (Svm),Specific Surface (Qm),Area number density (Nam),Regular form factor (RFFm) in mitochondria;Vvr,Svr in rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum;Vvn,Svn in nuclei.The results showed RFFm,Vvr and Svr decreased markedly,Vvm,Svm,Vvn and Svn increased significantly,but Qm and Nam had no change in fluorosis group as compared with the control.These resuts suggested that F- could induce proliferation in liver cells,deformation in mitochondria,and decrement and destraction in rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum.
