摘要
制马钱子在４０～８０ｍｇ／ｋｇ范围内，对小鼠具有明显的剂量依赖性抗炎镇痛作用，小于４０ｍｇ／ｋｇ时仅有抗炎作用，大于８０ｍｇ／ｋｇ时连续用药毒性增强，还可使小鼠胸腺重量明显增加。小鼠ｐｏ ＬＤ_５０为１４０．１３±１４．７４ｍｇ／ｋｇ。提示该药用量须适宜。
It is evident that anti - inflammation and analgesia in dose - dependent of Strychnos nux vomica L. from 40mg/kg to 80mg/kg, when the dose less than 40mg/kg it only showed anti- inflammation, its toxicity increased when more than 80mg/kg. Strychnos nux - vomica L. also might increase evidently the weight of thymus. The po LD50 in mice was 140. 13 ± 14.74mg/kg. The results suggested that the dose of Strychnos nux - vomica L. must be suitable.
