摘要
本文记录22名听力正常青年人骨传导脑干电反应,并观察骨振荡器不同位置放置对其影响,高强度刺激时每一受试者均可记录到清晰、稳定的波V。耳后上鼓窦区放置骨振荡器,反应振幅高、阈值低、分化好,同、对侧记录波V振幅及潜伏期差异极小,提示在行成人骨传导脑干电反应测试时应常规于对侧耳施以掩蔽。
Abstract Auditory brainstem responses(ABRs)to bone conducted clicks in 22 normal adults and the effect of bone oscillator placement were investigated.At high intensity,wave V was reproducible and reliable in every subject.With the oscillator placed superoposterior to the auricular position,the responses have lager amplitude,better detectability and lower threshold.It is expected that adult wave V amplitudes and latencies recorded ipsilaterally and contralaterally to bone conducted clicks are nearly identical,so it is nessary to mask the contralateral ear when using bone conducted clicks as the stimuli of ABRs.
