摘要
本文对39耳突发性耳聋患者在高压氧治疗前后进行BAEP检查对比分析，发现治疗前BAEP主要异常表现分别为：（1）ⅠⅢⅤ波波形离散、波形分化差、各波重复性差。（2）Ⅰ波波间潜伏期延长，（3）Ⅰ／Ⅴ波波幅比大于1。高压氧治疗2—3个疗程后BAEP基本恢复正常。说明高压氧在高原地区治疗突发性耳聋具有独特的疗效，BAEP对病情程度及高压氧治疗的疗效判断均具有重要的参考价值。
This article compared thirth three cases BAEP of sudden deafness patients who were cured with hyperbaricoxygenation. The results showed that the main chang. of BAEP before treatment was 1,The figure of wave Ⅰ Ⅳ Ⅴ was solitary, low differentiated and low repetition. 2. Latent period between waves Ⅰ was prolongation. 3. Wave amplitude ratio of wave Ⅰ/Ⅴ was more than one. By two or three courses of treatment with hyPerbaric oxygenation the wave figure of BAEP almost recovered normal. An of above suggested the hyperbaric oxygenation have a special efficiency to treat sudden deafness at high altitude and the change of BAEP wave figure in sudden deafness be index of disease severity condition and criterion of therapeutial effect.
