摘要 针对油气输送管壁薄、高韧性的特点 ,从管体上取样进行了J积分测试 ,以寻找一种有效控制管道断裂的控制指标。试验按照GB2 0 38标准要求 ,采用三点弯曲试样 ,分别对进口X52ERW焊管母材、焊缝以及国产X60SSAW焊管母材、焊缝、热影响区进行系列温度J积分试验。结果表明 ,温度变化对两种焊管各区J积分测试值影响不大。前者的韧脆转化温度约为 - 60℃ ,后者的韧脆转化温度低于 - 60℃。给出了两种焊管母材的焊区JR 阻力曲线的回归方程。对ERW和SSAW焊管各区JR 值进行对比分析表明 ,焊缝JR 值高于母材。在管道设计与安全评价中 ,采用焊管各区JR 断裂韧性和阻力曲线下回归方程和 (或 )母材JR 阻力曲线 。 Jintegral is a useful parameter to assess fracture resistance of oil and gas pipeline with thin wall and high toughness. According to Chinese Standard GB2038, J integral test was carried out on base metal, weld and HAZ(heat affected zone) of X52 ERW pipes and X60 SSAW pipes under a series of temperature with TPB(three point bending) specimens. The test result shows that the test temperature has little effect on the measured value of J integral. The ductile brittle temperature of ERW pipe is about 60℃ , whereas that of SSAW pipe is less than 60℃. The regression equations of J R resistance curves of both base material and weld of the two pipelines are given.The J integral values of different zones of the two pipes are compared and analyzed, and the result shows that J R of the weld is larger than that of the base material. In pipeline design and safety assessment, the conservative result can be obtained by the use of lower limit regression equations of fracture toughness and resistance curves and/or the J R resistance curves of the base metal.
