缺口型式和腐蚀介质对X52输送管冲击转变的影响

摘要 研究了V型缺口、预制裂纹试样及在含0.5%CH3COOH的H2S饱和溶液中浸泡后2组X52输送管母材和焊缝的系列温度冲击转变特性。结果表明,由于两组输送管母材成分和母材与焊缝组织的不同,导致母材和/或焊缝韧性有较大差异;母材在上述三种状态的韧性变化不大,但焊缝预制裂纹试样大幅度降低焊缝韧性,提高韧脆转变温度。腐蚀介质对两组材料母材和焊缝的冲击韧性和韧脆转变温度影响不大。 Abstract The impact transition behaviours of pipebody and weld at series temperature for two sets of X52 linepipes have been investigated by using V notch, precrack specimen and soaked in 0.5% CH 3COOH+H 2S saturated solution. It indicates that the toughness of pipebody and/or weld is different from each other because of the difference in chemical compositions of pipebody and microstructures of pipebody and weld for two sets of pipes. The toughness variation of pipebody is small under the three testing conditions. Weld toughness decreases and transition temperature raises for precracked specimen. Corrosion miduim has minor effect on impact energy and transition temperature of pipebody and weld.
