介绍了以菲利蒲ＰＷ－１４０４型Ｘ射线荧光光谱仪、粉末稀释法测定钐铕钆富集物中１０种稀土元素的方法。该法快速、准确，能满足生产与科研的要求。
The paper introduces a method for XRF determination of ten rare earth elements in Sm-Eu-Gd concentrate by using PHILIPS PW 1404 XRF spectrometer. Powder samples are pressed into pellets. The method is fast and accurate. It is suitable for production and research.
