摘要
介绍利用ＣｒｉｓＸＲＦ－１１软件计算理论α系数，以校正基体效应的影响。应用该方法测定氧化镨富集物中Ｌａ２Ｏ３，ＣｅＯ２，Ｐｒ６Ｏ１１，Ｎｄ２Ｏ３，Ｓｍ２Ｏ３，Ｅｕ２Ｏ３，Ｇｄ２Ｏ３，Ｔｂ４Ｏ７，Ｙ２Ｏ３的含量，实验结果令人满意。
or making matrix corrections,the calculation of theoretical alpha coefficients with criss XRF-11 was reported.The experimental results of determination of La2O3,CeO2,Pr6O11,Nd2O3,Sm2O3,Eu2O3,Gd2O3,Tb4O7,Y2O3 in Pr6O11 concentrate were satisfactory.
