摘要
目的 :评价选择性动脉栓塞术在骨与软组织肿瘤术前应用的价值。方法 :对 11例骨与软组织肿瘤 (5例恶性 ,6例良性 )先行数字减影血管造影 ,再用明胶海绵和 /或钢丝圈栓塞全部供血动脉 ,栓塞术后 2 4h内手术切除肿瘤。结果 :11例患者均成功手术 ,术中平均失血量为 90 0ml(5 0 0～ 180 0ml)。结论
Objective:To assess the value of preoperative selective arterial embolization in bone and soft tissue tumors before operation. Methods:Digital subtraction angiography and selective arterial embolization with gelfoam and /or coils were completed in eleven patients with bone and soft tissue tumors before the operation in 24 hours.Results:The operations were successfully completed in the eleven patients with bone and soft tissue tumors ,the average amount of intraoperative blood loss was 900ml(500ml～1800ml).ConclusionSelective arterial embolization performed before bone and soft tissue tumors operation shows a marked effect on hemostasis.
