摘要
目的 减少脊柱肿瘤手术切除时的出血及因出血而造成的手术难度。方法 术前行选择性动脉栓塞 7例 ,未行动脉栓塞 9例作对照组 ,比较两组术中出血情况。结果 栓塞组患者术中出血明显少于对照组 ,平均出血量 (ml)栓塞组为 170 0± 10 0 ,对照组为 5 5 40± 381,P <0 0 1。结论 脊柱肿瘤切除前行选择性动脉栓塞 ,可减少术中出血量 ,有利于肿瘤与周围组织分离 。
Objective To decrease bleeding during operation and to expose operating area more clearly Methods 7 patients with vertebral neoplasm were chosen for selected artery embolization before vertebral operation, compared with control group of 9 cases for the amount of hemorrage Results The hemorrage of experiment group during operation was significantly less, compared with the control Average hemorrage was 1 700 ml±100 ml in embolizaion group and 5 540 ml±381 ml in control group( P<0 01) . Conclusion The application of selected artery embolization to vertebral neoplasm can decrease bleeding during operation, and is beneficial to isolating tumor from surrounding tissues and removing the tumor mass completely
