本文阐述了高校管理体制改革引入竞争机制的重要意义,并对高校师资管理机制、招生机制和服务管理机制在改革中如何引入竞争机制进行探讨。
The paper expounds the significance of structural reform of management of colleges and introduces market competition.It also explores the staff management mechanism,the enrollment mechanism and the service management mechanism of higher education,how to introduce and apply the market competition in the reform.
