摘要
亚硒酸钠对荷Lewis肺癌小鼠的肿瘤生长和转移有抑制作用,存在明显剂量效应关系,以2.0mg/kg为最佳剂量(腹腔注射给药)。亚硒酸钠对皮下原位Lewis肺癌癌细胞生长的潜伏期有延长作用,对肺转移性肿瘤有直接抑制作用,对动物本身无明显毒性副作用。
The study in vivo demonstrated that the inhibitory effects of Na_2SeO_3on the growth and metastases of LLC are dose—dependent evidently. When given 2.0mg/kg body weight/day, Na_2SeO_3 inhibits the growth and metastases to the lungs of LLC significantly (P<0.05). The apparent lack of toxicity was also observed in normal C_(57) BL mice during the experiment.
