摘要
槐定是中药苦豆子的生物碱之一,有抗癌和抗心律失常作用。本文运用一组实验,对其致突变性进行了研究。结果表明,槐定不具有诱变性,是一个有研究价值的药物。
In this paper the mutagenicity of sophoridine, an alkaloid isolated from sophora alopecuroides L. and having the properties of anticancer and antiarrhymia, was studied with Ames test, micronuc leus test of mouse bone marrow PCEs, and hum-an lymphocyte SCE and chromosome aberration test. Our results show that sophoridine has no mutageniciy and is worth studying.
