摘要
随机抽取300日龄甘肃黄鸡、京星肉鸡、亚发蛋鸡鸡蛋各30枚, 进行蛋品质测定，结果表明：3种鸡蛋品质的各项指标均在正常范围内, 蛋重亚发蛋鸡(63.852g)极显著的大于甘肃黄鸡(53.467g)与京星肉鸡(52.600g)(P<0.01), 蛋壳厚度亚发蛋鸡(0.405 mm)与京星肉鸡(0.396 mm)极显著大于甘肃黄鸡(0.323 mm)(P<0.01),其余蛋品质在3种鸡间无显著差异(P>0.05)。由蛋品质相关分析看出，亚发蛋鸡的哈氏单位、蛋黄指数、蛋壳厚度呈显著相关(P<0.05)；甘肃黄鸡、京星肉鸡蛋壳厚度与蛋壳强度呈显著相关(P<0.05)；京星肉鸡哈氏单位与蛋黄指数呈极显著相关(r=0.7061, P<0.01)。
Eggs from three breeds of chickens (Gansu Yellow Chicken, Jingxing Yellow Chicken and Yafa) aged 300 days were used to determine their quality and characters Thirty eggs were taken at random from each breed. The results revealed that all the egg quality indexes of the three breeds were at the normal level. The egg size of Yafa egg-laying poultry (63.852g) was extremely significantly larger than those of the Ganhuang (53.467g) and Jingxing (52.600g) (P<0.01). The egg shell thickness of Yafa (0.405mm) and Jingxing(0.369mm) were extremely signifcantly larger than that of Ganhuang (0.323mm) (P<0.01). No differences were found in other egg quality indexes among the three breeds (P>0.05). The correlation of some egg quality and characters within breed were carried out. The results showed that Hu units is signifcantly related to egg yolk index and egg shell thickness in yafa breed (P<0.05). The thickness and strength of egg shell of Ganhuang and Jingxing showed signifcant correlation (P<0.05). The Hu units appeared to be extremely signifcantly related to the egg yolk index in Jingxing breed.
