摘要
调查证明,河南省番茄病毒病普遍严重,发病率23～93%,平均55.2%;病指5.75～67.6,平均29.0.症状以花叶为主,占77.9%,蕨叶7.9%,花叶颜叶混合型占11.0%,条斑3.2%.生物学测定及电镜观察结果表明,河南省番茄病毒毒原类型主要有TMV(烟草花叶病毒),CMV(黄瓜花叶病毒),其次还有PVX(马铃薯X病毒),PVY(马铃薯Y病毒).
Field investigation showed that virus diseases of tomato in Henan Province were severe and widespread; disease incidence ranged from 23 to 93 per cent, the average was 55.2 per cent; the disease index was from 5.75 to 67.60, the average was 29.0. The types of symptoms of tomato virus diseases occurred in Henan province are of mosaic, fern leaf, mixed mosaic and fern leaf, and streak. The mosaic out of the four types was 77.9 per cent, the fern leaf was 7.9 per cent, the mixed mosaic and fern leaf was 11.0 par cent, the streak was 3.2 per cent, and mosaic was the major type.Biological tests and observation under electron microscope were made to identify virus diseases of tomato. The result showed that the main causal factor causing tomato virus diseases in Henan Province are TMV and CMV; PVX and PVY are the rare.
