摘要
根据轴套类FMS加工零件外形的特点 ,应用图像识别原理、几何光学成像原理 ,提出在FMS系统上实现“物体在同一平面上任意两尺寸的比值等于所成像中这两尺寸的比值”图像相关识别方法 ,阐述为实现该方法的物体边缘探测与特征值提取的“变模板法”等动态实时处理方法与技术 ,此识别方法提高了FMS系统运行中零件图像识别精度。
Based on the contour characteristics of parts machined by axe_type FMS,the principles of image recognition and the principles of image formation in geometry optics,this paper presents an image correlative recognition method that the ratio of any two dimensions of the object on the same plane is equal to that of the two dimensions in its image formation It also illustrates the “variational templet' method with good dynamic and real_time characteristics to implement the detection of part contour and values in FMS In this way,accuracy,stability and reliability of part image recognition are improved in the processing of FMS system
