摘要 介绍了一种基于Visual C#的发动机气门尺寸计算机视觉检测软件系统。根据发动机气门尺寸计算机视觉检测的功能需求,采用Visual C#开发平台,设计开发了检测软件整体结构。通过调用运动控制卡中的运动函数库,在闭环控制状态下实现对伺服电机的控制。设计了控制线阵CCD进行图像采集程序和检测结果输出控制程序。实现了对各软件功能模块的调用与管理,并已实际应用于汽车发动机气门尺寸自动光电检测系统中,取得了良好的应用效果。 A design method of computer visual measurement software system for engine valves size based on Visual C 45 is introduced. According to requirements of the computer visual inspection for engine valves size, the structure of the measurement software system is designed and exploited in the development platform Visual C #. Through using movement function library in a motion-controlled card, this software realizes the control of the motor sever in closing loop state. The programs of image acquisition with a linear CCD and control for testing result output are designed. The software system realizes the administration and use of the software function modules, At present, the software system has been applied in an automatic optical-electronic measurement system for engine valves size and got a very good application result.
