摘要
壁厚只有 1~ 2mm的薄壁零件的加工是机械加工中的一道难题 ,为了减少薄壁零件加工中的变形问题 ,尝试引入超声振动切削新工艺 ,对传统的谐振系统设计方法进行改进 ,并阐述了声振系统安装和调试的要点 ,给出了超声切削和普通切削的大量对比数据 ,证明了超声振动切削确实明显提高了薄壁零件的加工精度。
It is a difficult to cut the thin-wall workpiece in traditional way. To reduce the deformation of this workpiece, it uses the ultrasonic vibration cutting. The paper sets forth the key point of assembling and configuration of vibration cutting system. With a number of comparison data, it shows the method is suitable for precise and ultra-precise machining.
