摘要
马氏钳蝎粗分蝎毒1(Scorpion Venom Crude 1,SVC_1)和粗分蝎毒2(Scorpion Venom Crude 2,SVC_2)作用体外培养的人血淋巴细胞48h,细胞SCE频率与染色体畸变率升高不明显,与空白对照相比差异不显著(P>0.05);但细胞的生长分裂阻滞,SVC_21:500、1:250及1:100三个浓度组几乎未见细胞分裂相,SVC_11:100组第一周期中期分裂相增至29%(空白对照15%),第三周期中期分裂相降至30%(空白对照46%)差异显著(P<0.05)。经SVC_1与SVC_2处理后,淋巴细胞变小,胞核固缩,核质致密浓染,呈退行性表现.结果表明,马氏钳蝎蝎毒对人血淋巴细胞无诱变作用,但具有明显的细胞毒性作用。
The human peripheral lymphocytes cultured in vitro were treated for 48h. with SVC_1 andSVC_2--two kinds of scorpion venom of Buthus matensii. The increase of the frequencies of SCEand the chromosomal aberration of the cells were not obvious. The difference was not as significant (P>0. 05)as compared with the frequencies of the blank control. The growth and the proliferating of thelymphocytes were inhibited. There were almost no proliferating phases in the groups of the three differ-ent concentration in the SVC_2 (1: 500, 1: 250, 1: 100). The rats of the proliferating phases in the firstpreoliferating cycle(Ⅰ%)increased to 29% (15% in the blank control)and that in the Ⅲ % decreasedto 30%(46% in the blank control). Thc difference of the data between the control and the treatedgroups was significant (P<0. 05). After the lymphocytes were treated with SVC_1 and SVC_2, the sizeof the lymphoctes reduced,and so did size of the coll nuclei. The nucleoplasm was dense and heavilystained. The lymphocytes treated with SVC_1 and SVC_2 showed retrograde changes. The results indicatethat scorpion venom of Buthus martesii--SVC_2 have no mutagenic effect but possess strong cytotoxi-city on the huamn peripheral lymphocytes.
