摘要
本文报告了河北产东业钳蝎毒及从蝎毒分离出的抗癫痫肽,对用头孢菌素和马桑内脂诱发大鼠癫痫的对抗作用。同时检测并记录了大鼠的全部ECoG和行为。以癫痫发作的潜伏期、发作程度、死亡率和平均总持续时间为指标,比较生理盐水对照组与安定、蝎每、抗癫痫肽作用的强度。结果,安定、蝎毒、抗癫痫肽均使头孢菌素引起癫痫的潜伏期比对照组延长,发作程度减轻,平均总持续时间缩短。安定组与抗癫痫肽组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。安定、蝎毒、抗癫痫肽均使马桑内脂诱发癫痫的潜伏期明显延长,发作程度明显减轻,死亡率由80%下降到零,发作平均总持续时间亦显著缩短。各组与对照组差异非常显著(P<0.01)。
Reported in this paper are the effects of venom collected from scorpions ofButhus martensii Karsch from Hebei province, and AEP (Anti-epilepsy peptide),isolated from the venom (grads 3 kinds of electrophorsis). The antiepileptic effects of the venom and AEP have been investigated withrat's epilepsy model of Coriaria-lactone and cephaloridine. Control experimentswere conducted with normal saline and diazepam. The behavior seizures of rats were observed and their ECoG was recordedsimultaneously. when the effects of diazepam、venom and AEP were compared in epilepsyincubation period、seizure degree、death rate、total mean duration, the resultswere: 1. The groups of diazepam, scorpion venom and AEP had longer incubationperiod of epilepsy seizure which was induced by cephaloridine than the controgroup, their seizure degree lower than that of the control group,their total meanduration shorter. The effects were different in diazepam and AEP groups and inthe control group (P<0.05). 2. The diazepam、scorpin venom、AEp groups had longer incubation period ofepilepsy seizure which was induced by coriaria laotone. Than the control group,their seizure degree lower, than the control group's. Their death rate fell downto zero, their total mean duration was shorter. The effects were different in diazepam, venom and AEP groups and in thecontrol group (P<0. 01).
