摘要
目的 分析胃癌的超声声像图表现 ,总结胃癌的超声诊断要点。方法 对 46例患者首先行B超检查、可疑病变者饮水 5 0 0～ 80 0ml,观察贲门、胃底、胃体、胃窦、幽门各层胃壁结构 ,记录病变声像图表现 ,胃蠕动情况及周围浸润征象。结果 45例与病理符合 ,假阳性 1例 ,符合率 97.8%。结论 胃癌的超声检查与X线钡餐造影。
Objectives Analyze the ultrasonography of gastric cancer and conclude the key of ultrasonographic diagnosis.Methods 46 cases of patients were examined by b-mode ultrasonography in which those who were supposed to suffer from gastric disease were adked to be observed the gastric wall stratification including gastric body,gastric antrum,pylorus.Meanwhile,write down the ultrasonograpyt of demonstrable disease,the movement of the stomach and infringing symptom.Results 45 cases were accorded with the pathology ,false positive is 1 case,accuracy rate is 97.8%.Conclusion the ultrosonic examination,gastrocopy and X-ray contrast can help with each other.
