摘要
本文总结了我院6年来经胃镜病理活检及手术证实的29例进展期胃癌的超声图像和结果。本组病例超声诊断与胃镜及手术证实符合率为97%(28/29)。结果表明:进展期胃癌的超声图像的主要特点有:病变部位胃壁局限性或广泛性不规则增厚并伴有不均匀低回声;形态不规则,胃粘膜不平整,胃壁的层次不清晰或消失;超声动态观察胃壁病变部位蠕动减弱或消失;病变广泛者胃腔出现狭窄或梗阻。
This paper summarized ultrasonography of 29 cases of advance gastric cancer corroboratedby gastroscopy and operation for the last six years in our hospital. The ultrasound diagnostic accuracyrate is 97%. The result indicates that, the main sonographic characteristics of advance gastric cancerare as follows: localized thickening of the gastric wall with heterogenous low echogenicity; unevenedgastric membrane irregular contour; illegibility or absence of the wall stratification; weakening ordisappearance of vermiculation of affection site of gastric wall; narrowing or obstruction of gastriccavity.
