摘要
目的 研究血清维生素 B1 2 在糖尿病及其周围神经病变发生发展中的作用。方法 检测 42例糖尿病患者血清维生素 B1 2 水平 ,将其分成 3组 ,即伴有周围神经病变组 15例 ,病程 <2 a组 11例 ,病程 >2 a组 31例 ;同时检测 40例非糖尿病患者血清维生素 B1 2 作为对照组 ,3组分别与对照组进行比较。结果 糖尿病组血清维生素 B1 2 较对照组降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;伴有周围神经病变组较对照组显著降低 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;病程 >2 a组较对照组及病程 <2 a组均降低 (P<0 .0 1) ;病程 <2 a组与对照组比较无显著差异 (P>0 .2 )。结论 糖尿病可以影响维生素 B1 2 的代谢 ;血清维生素 B1 2 降低可以促进糖尿病周围神经病变的发生及发展 ;监测血清维生素 B1 2
Objective To study the serum cobalamin(Vitamin B 12 )level in diabetes mellitus and peripheroneural pathological change.Methods 42 diabetes mellitus (DM) and 40 non DM patients were recruited to participate in the study.The patients with DM were divided into three groups and their serum cobalamin levels were measured along with non DM control group.The FPIA technology was used to determine the serum cobalamin level.Results ①The patients with DM had lower serum cobalamin than the controls (P<0.05);②The serum cobalamin of the patients with peripheroneural pathological change was significantly lower than those of the controls (P<0.001);③The patients who have been diagnosed with DM for more than 2 years had lower serum cobalamin level than the patients who have been diagnosed with DM less than 2 years(P<0.01);④There was no significant difference between controls and the patients who had DM less than 2 years (P>0.2).Conclusions ①DM may affect the metabolism of the cobalamin.②Low serum cobalamin may lead to the peripheroneural pathological change.③The serum cobalamin is an indicator for the peripheroneural pathological change in the patients with DM.
