摘要
①目的 探讨了大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后血管内皮细胞Bcl 2和P5 3蛋白表达的变化规律。②方法 将 40只Wistar大鼠随机分为 10组 ,采用免疫组织化学法检测假手术组和脑缺血再灌注后 2h ,6h ,12h ,1d ,2d ,3d ,7d ,14d和 2 1d组血管内皮细胞Bcl 2和P5 3蛋白的表达。③结果 脑缺血再灌注后 2h缺血周围区内皮细胞Bcl 2蛋白开始表达 ,12h1d达高峰 ,之后逐渐下降 ,至 14d接近假手术组水平。脑缺血再灌注后 6h缺血周围区P5 3蛋白开始表达 ,12d达高峰 ,之后逐渐下降 ,至 7d与假手术组已无显著性差异。④结论 Bcl 2和P5 3蛋白参与缺血再灌注后血管内皮细胞凋亡的调节。
Objective\ To study the expression of Bcl 2 and P53 proteins of endothelial cells after focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats.\ Methods\ Coronal sections of brain were analysed using immunohistochemical staining technic after reperfusion (2,6,12,24 hours and 2,3,7,14,21 days) to observe the expression of Bcl 2 and P53 proteins.\ Results\ The Bcl 2 protein began to express at 2h after reperfusion, peaked at 12-24h, and declined gradually to controlled level at 14d. The P53 protein began to express at 6h after reperfusion, peaked at 24-48h, and declined successfully to controlled level at 7d. The expression peaked ime of P53 protein was 12h-1d later than that of Bcl 2 protein.\ Conclusion\ Bcl 2 and P53 proteins take a great role in the process of apoptosis of endothelial cells. [
