摘要
目的 探讨卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤临床与病理特点。方法 分析研究 5 3例卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤临床资料、病理常规检查并随访其发病规律与特点。结果 5 3例患者 (随访最短 1年 ,最长 40年 )包括 1例恶性卵泡膜细胞瘤(已随访 6年 )均健在。结论 卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤属良性肿瘤 ,预后良好。其恶变率为 1.9% 。
Objective To explore the clinical and pathological characteristics in ovarian thecoma. Methods The clinical data of 53 cases of ovarian thecoma were analyzed and studied by pathological examination.The cases were followed up for the incidence of this tumor and its characteristics. Results Fifty three cases had been followed up for various periods from 1 to 40 years including one case of malignant thecoma followed for 6 years.All of these cases were still alive. Conclusions Ovarian thecoma is a benign tumor with a favorable prognosis.The malignant transformation of this tumor is 1.9% and should be followed up for a long period.
