摘要
目的 探讨细胞凋亡在星形细胞肿瘤发展中的作用及其与p5 3、bcl 2的关系。方法 对 5 2例星形细胞肿瘤标本分别进行HE染色 ,TUNEL及PCNA、p5 3、bcl 2免疫组化染色。结果 高级别星形细胞肿瘤的PI(增殖指数 )显著高于低级别肿瘤 (P <0 0 1) ;高级别肿瘤和低级别肿瘤间的AI(凋亡指数 )无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。高级别星形细胞肿瘤p5 3的表达高于低级别肿瘤 (0 0 1<P <0 0 5 ) ;p5 3阴性组和p5 3阳性组的AI(P >0 0 5 )和PI(P >0 0 5 )无显著性差异。低级别肿瘤中bcl 2的表达较高级别组肿瘤高 (0 0 1<P <0 0 5 ) ;bcl 2免疫组化染色表达的阳性组与阴性组的AI(P >0 0 5 )和PI(P >0 0 5 )无显著性差异。结论 与低级别星形细胞肿瘤相比 ,高级别肿瘤中的细胞凋亡受到了抑制 ;p5 3免疫组化染色结果可作为分析星形细胞肿瘤生物学行为的参考指标。星形细胞肿瘤中bcl
Objective To investigate the role of apoptosis in the progression of astrocytic tumors and its correlation with the expression of p53 and bcl 2. Methods Histopathological analysis, TUNEL labeling and immunohistochemical stains of PCNA, p53 and bcl 2 were conducted on formalin fixed, paraffin embedded sections from 52 cases of astrocytic tumors. Results Proliferative index (PI) was higher in high grade astrocytic tumors than in low grade ones ( P <0.01); Apoptosis index (AI) was not significantly different in the two groups ( P >0.05); Expression of p53 was higher, bcl 2 lower, in high grade astrocytic tumors than low grade ones ( P <0.05); PI and AI between p53, bcl 2 positive and negative groups were not significantly different ( P >0.05). Conclusions Apoptosis may be suppressed in high grade astrocytic tumors. P53 immunohistochemical staining can serve as an informative parameter to analyze the biological behavior of astrocytic tumors, but expression of bcl 2 does not exert remarkable influence on apoptosis in the tumors.
