摘要
研究结果表明,黑木耳菌丝生长温度范围为5~40℃,最适为25~30℃;最适pH5~6;选试较佳母种培养基为黄豆芽20%,葡萄糖2%,琼脂1.5%;栽培料较优配方为棉籽壳60%,阔叶树木屑30%,麦麸8%,蔗糖1%,石膏1%;筛选出Au10等4个优良茵种,一般比对照生物学效率高9%~14%;在药物防霉中黑木耳对多茵灵表现出极强的敏感性,而霉菌中的木霉、青霉和曲霉也均属于同一敏感型,在PDA 平板上抑茵浓度为10PPM,在棉籽壳培养料上抑菌的有效浓度在0.1%~0.05%。根霉对杀茵帮表现出很强的抗药性,多菌灵抑菌浓度在50~2400PPM。
The study on the biological characteristics and productivity of theblack-wood-ear(Auricularia auricula)shows that the temperature range is5~40℃,the optimum temperature 25~30℃;The optimum pH 5~6.The beststock culture medium is:soybean sprout 20%;glucose 2%;agar-agar 1.5%.The culture matrix is;cotton seed crust 60%;saw dust of broad leaf trees30%;wheat bran 8%;sucrose 1%;gypsum 1%.4 species of better qualitywere selected out,such as Au 10 etc.,with biological efficiency higherthan that of the CK by 9%~14%.Auricularia sp shows the highest suscep-tibility to BCM(Bavistin).On the PDA plate,its concentration of inhibi-ting fungal growth is 10 ppm.
