摘要
目的 为了探讨TGF a ,EGF R和HPV与阴茎癌发生的关系。方法 用免疫组化和原位PCR技术对 78例阴茎癌组织进行检测。结果 HPVDNA阳性率为 6 9.2 %(5 4/ 78) ,其中HPV16阳性 49例 ,HPV18阳性 8例 ,HPV16和HPV18均阳性 3例 ,TGF a阳性率为 74.4%(5 8/ 78) ,5 8例TGF a阳性中有 49例HPVDNA阳性。EGF R阳性率为38.5 %(30 / 78) ,其中 93 .7%TGF a阳性 (2 8/ 30 )。结论 阴茎癌的发生与HPV感染、TGF a、EGF
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of TGF a,EGF R and HPV infection in penile carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical and in situ PCR were used to detect the expression of TGF a,EGF R and HPV in 78 cases of penile carcinoma.Results HPV DNA was observed to be possitive in 54 cases (69.2%),of which 49 were HPV 16 possitive and 8 were HPV 18 positive,3 cases were both HPV 16 and HPV18 positive. TGF a was detected in 58 casses (74.4%),of which 49(84.5%) were HPV positvie.EGF R was detected in 30 cases (38.5%),of which 28(93.3%)were TGF a positive.Conclusions There is a close relationship between HPV infection and expression of TGF a and EGF R in the development of penile carcinoma.
