摘要
采用改良的ＭＶ１ＬＵ细胞生长抑制ＭＴＴ法，检测了１０８例病毒性肝炎患者血清ＴＧＦ－β活性和血清ＰＣⅢ、ＨＡ、ＬＮ的含量，结果表明各型肝炎患者血清ＴＧＦ－β活性较正常对照都明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。随病情的发展，ＴＧＦ－β１活性逐渐增高，ＰＣⅢ、ＨＡ、ＬＮ含量也明显增加，慢迁肝、慢活肝、肝硬化各组间ＴＧＦ－β１活性和ＰＣⅢ、ＨＡ、ＬＮ含量均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），并呈正相关。肝硬化合并肝癌患者血清ＴＧＦ－β活性较正常对照增加１０倍以上。作者认为ＴＧＦ－β１活性可较好地反映肝纤维化进展状况，是调控肝纤维化的重要因子；肝硬化合并肝癌时，ＴＧＦ－β１活性显著增高，提示其可作为肝癌诊断、预后判断的另一指标。
In this study, we investigate the levels of trnasforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1)activity and PCⅢ .HA.CN concenl ration in He cora yrom natients coiels voral hapatits.TGF-β1 aetiwtgwas evaluated by the medified MV1LU-cell growth inhibitory assay and the PCⅢ.HA.LNconcentrations were measured by RIA kits, respectively. The results showed that the elevated lenels of TGR-β1 activity: PCⅢ、HA and LN concentrations presented in the sera from type B chromic persistemt hepatitis (CPH),type B chronic active hepatitis (CAH) and in hepatic cirrhosis (HC),as compared with those from normial controls (all p<0.01).The possitive correlation existed between the TGR-β1 activity and Pc Ⅲ .HA.LN concentrations in the sera from these three three groups of hepatitis patients (r=0.65;r=0.65;r=0.6 respectively, all p<0.01).Meanwhile,the significant increase levle of TGF-β1 activity in the sera from hepatic cellular carcinoma with cirrhrosis patients,higher than that the TGF - β1 awivity in the soram coald te taken as the reglectinm of elinical advance of hepatie filcroris and an imdex of diagnozio and prognalis for hapatic cellular carlinoma palients in hepatitis patients'or normal controls, was also detected(both P(0.01).our data indicated that the TGF-β1 activity in the serum could be taken as the reflection of clinical advance of hepatic ftibrosis and an index of diagnosis and prognosis for hepatic cellular car cinoma patients.
