摘要
目的 :观察化疗加中药治疗肺癌术后病人生存率。方法 :术后两年内以CDDP、CTX和ADM联合化疗 5个疗程 ,口服自制中药康复丸 3～ 4年。结果 :4 0例肺癌术后病人 1年 5年和 10年生存率分别为 80 0 0 %、60 0 0 %和 4 7 50 % ;鳞癌分别为 90 91%、72 73%和 59 0 9% ;腺癌分别为 69 2 3%、38 4 6%、38 4 6% ;小细胞肺癌分别为 60 0 0 %、60 0 0 %和 2 0 0 0 % ;Ⅰ期分别为 10 0 0 0 %、78 86%和71 4 3% ;Ⅱ期分别为 80 0 0 %、73 33%和 4 6 67% ;Ⅲ期分别为 54 55%、18 18%和 18 18%。结论
Objective To observe survival rate of postoperative patients with lung cancer. Methods 40 patients were treated with the combination chemotherapy (CDDP+CTX+ADM)and Chinese medicines from 1984 to 1987.Results The survival rate of 1,5 and 10 years for 40 patients was 80.00%,60 00% and 47 50% respectively.The survival rate of 1,5 and 10 years for 22 patients with squamous cancer was 90 91%,72 73% and 59 09%,for 13 patients with adenocarcinoma was 69.23% ,38.46% and 38.46%,for 5 patients with the small cell cancer was 60 00%,60 00% and 20 00%,for 14 patients of stage Ⅰ was 100 00%,78 86% and 71 43%,for 15 patients of stage Ⅱ was 80 00%,73 33% and 46 67%,for 11 patients of stage Ⅲ was 54 55%,18 18% and 18 18%,respectively.Conclusions Chemotherapy and Chinese medicines can obviously improve the survival rate of lung cancer postoperative patiemts.
